Shipping costs

Shipping is charged on every order. The exact cost is calculated at checkout from the items in your cart and your delivery address, so you see the full price before you pay.

Large and heavy items

Fountains, aerators, de-icers and other large equipment may ship separately or by freight. If you have a question about delivery for a big item, call us at 877-201-7383 before ordering.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us right away and keep the packaging so we can sort it out with the carrier.
